OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 2, 2014, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

d) of

Chapter 28 of the Acts of 2001, the Conservation Easements Act , is pleased to amend the Designation of Eligible Bodies Regulations , N.S. Reg. 12/2002, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2002-32 dated February 1, 2002, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 27, 2014.
