Order in Council 1390/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to clause 5(1)(

b) of the Homeopathy Act, 2007 , Myrna Tulandi of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Homeopaths of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective December 16, 2018.
