B.C. Reg. 183/2004, deposited April 27, 2004, pursuant

to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Chief

Gold Commissioner, dated April 23, 2004.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy

and Mines, order that

1. A reserve is established for minerals over the following lands in the Alberni Mining Division, Nootka and Rupert Land Districts:

All that parcel or tract of land together with all that foreshore or land covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketch.

2. A free miner may locate or record a mineral claim in the reserve established

section 1 subject to the conditions listed in

section 3.

3. A free miner must not obstruct, endanger or interfere with the construction,

operation or maintenance of a hydro project in the reserve established by

section 1.

exempt from publication the sketch attached to B.C. Reg. 183/2004.
