Statute: Expropriation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated February 15, 2001, pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain lands containing 12,583 square feet, more or less, situate at or near Granville Ferry, Annapolis County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the said land to Douglas M. Wade and Sharon L. Wade of Granville Ferry, Annapolis County, for the price of $2,087.45; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
