Order in Council 1060/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 35/2015, dated the 5th day of January 2015, Jason Albert Wadden was appointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Halton Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective January 5, 2015;

And

whereas Jason Albert Wadden has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Halton Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Jason Albert Wadden is hereby reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Halton Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
