OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated March 26, 2019, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act , is pleased to: (
a) effective April 1, 2019, revoke approval of the Excluded Classification Pay Plan approved by Order-in-Council 2017-177 dated June 21, 2017; (
b) approve the Excluded Classification Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2019 to March 30, 2020; (
c) approve the Excluded Classification Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period March 31, 2020 to March 31, 2020; (
d) approve the Excluded Classification Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “C” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2020 to March 30, 2021; (
e) approve the Excluded Classification Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “D” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation effective on and from March 31, 2021; (
f) effective April 1, 2019, revoke approval of the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan approved by Order-in-Council 2017-177 dated June 21, 2017; (
g) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “E” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2019 to March 30, 2020; (
h) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “F” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period March 31, 2020 to March 31, 2020; (
i) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “G” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2020 to March 30, 2021; (
j) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “H” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation effective on and from March 31, 2021; (
k) effective April 1, 2019, revoke approval of the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan approved by Order-in-Council 2017-177 dated June 21, 2017; (
l) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “I” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2019 to March 30, 2020; (
m) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “J” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period March 31, 2020 to March 31, 2020; (
n) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “K” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2020 to March 30, 2021; (
o) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “L” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation effective on and from March 31, 2021; (
p) effective April 1, 2019, revoke approval of the Medical Services Pay Plan approved by Order-in-Council 2017-177 dated June 21, 2017; (
q) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “M” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2019 to March 30, 2020; (
r) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “N” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period March 31, 2020 to March 31, 2020; (
s) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “0” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2020 to March 30, 2021; (
t) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “P” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation effective on and from March 31, 2021; (
u) effective April 1, 2019, revoke approval of the Public Prosecution Service Management Pay Plan approved by Order-in-Council 2017-177 dated June 21, 2017; (
v) approve the Public Prosecution Service Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “Q” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2019 to March 30, 2020; (
w) approve the Public Prosecution Service Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “R” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period March 31, 2020 to March 31, 2020; (
x) approve the Public Prosecution Service Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “S” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2020 to March 30, 2021; (
y) approve the Public Prosecution Service Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “T” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation effective on and from March 31, 2021.
