OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy and Mines dated November 19, 2020, and pursuant to Sections 4B(1) and 4B(2) of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act , is pleased to appoint CustomerFirst Renewables as the Procurement Administrator for the procurement of renewable energy by means of one or more Request for Proposals (RFPs), effective immediately and ending December 23, 2023.
