B.C. Reg. 11/2007, deposited February 2, 2007, pursuant to the PUBLIC SERVICE BENEFIT PLAN ACT [Sections 3 and 7]. Order in Council 27/2007, approved and ordered February 1, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Extended Health Care and Dental Plans Regulation, B.C. Reg. 403/97, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and

(

b) the Group Life Insurance Regulation (No. 1), B.C. Reg. 408/97, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1

Section 2 of the Extended Health Care and Dental Plans Regulation, B.C. Reg. 403/97, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(jjj) eligible employees of the Oil and Gas Commission.

Appendix 2

Section 2 of the Group Life Insurance Regulation (No. 1), B.C. Reg. 408/97, is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

(kkkk) eligible bargaining unit employees of the Oil and Gas Commission;

(llll) eligible excluded employees of the Oil and Gas Commission.

Section 4 is amended by striking out "(hhhh) or (jjjj):" and substituting "(hhhh), (jjjj) or (llll):".

Section 5 (

a) is amended by striking out "(gggg) or (iiii), and" and substituting "(gggg), (iiii) or (kkkk), and".
