OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated October 22, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 29 (2) of
Chapter 494 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Vital Statistics Act, is pleased to revoke the appointment of Karen J. Kieley as the Assistant Deputy Registrar General of Vital Statistics, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2006-390 dated September 7, 2006, and to appoint Krista M. Dewey, as the Assistant Deputy Registrar General of Vital Statistics effective November 4, 2008.
