OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated March 9, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to ADP Canada Co., in an amount not to exceed Two Million, Three Hundred One Thousand, Six Hundred Dollars ($2,301,600.00), authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated on February 29, 2012, on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated March 9, 2012; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
