OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage, and the Minister of Public Works dated December 21, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , and
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased, effective on and after February 21, 2023, to: (
a) assign to the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage all affairs and matters in respect of the conveyance of surplus property located at 116 Montague Street in Lunenburg, Lunenburg County, to the Lunenburg Marine Museum Society; and (
b) authorize the conveyance of surplus property located at 116 Montague Street in Lunenburg, Lunenburg County, more particularly described in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of this Report and Recommendation, to the Lunenburg Marine Museum Society, a body corporate pursuant to the Societies Act , for the nominal consideration of $1.00, on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage.
