On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection 5(2) and subsection 5(6) of the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act ,
Robert Nicholson of Niagara Falls
be appointed as part-time member and designated chair of the Niagara Escarpment Commission for a fixed term of two years from the date this Order in Council is made.
