OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated April 24, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 9 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the AIDS Advisory Commission Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint William C. Hart of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Advisory Commission on AIDS for a three year term commencing May 1, 2008 and ending on April 30, 2011; and (
b) appoint Bruce R.M. Moore of Pictou, Pictou County, as a member of the Advisory Commission on AIDS for a three year term commencing May 1, 2008 and ending on April 30, 2011.
