On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Stephanie Zwicker Slavens of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
