Order in Council 1651/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 , Laurie Bruce of Toronto be reappointed a part-time member of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a term of two years, effective October 22, 2017.
