Order in Council 193/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Domenico-Antonio Giovinazzo of Waterloo, who was reappointed by O.C. 692/2022 as a member of the Board of Governors, University of Waterloo, has resigned his position;

Now therefore , pursuant to paragraph 11(2) of The University of Waterloo Act, 1972 , Order in Council 692/2022 be revoked.
