CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Telephone Department Act. (Assented to May 5, 1972) Rev. Stat. c.36,

section amended 1(1) Subsection (2) of

section of The Telephone Department Act is amended by striking out the words “ with the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council” in the second and third lines thereof. (2) Subsection (3) of

section of The Telephone Department Act is repealed and the following subsection is substituted therefor: “

(3) Grants made under subsection (2) shall be subject to such terms, conditions and regulations as may be prescribed by the minister”. 1972, c.133, s.1.
