OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration dated May 10, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration entering into an Agreement with Employment and Social Development Canada as agent for Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada to fund the Canadian Apprenticeship Service Agreement substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
