OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated October 20, 2011, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is please to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of Parcels 1 and 2 being portions of PID 15821960 and 15780646 respectively, of land situate, lying and being at Little Bras d'Or, Cape Breton County, Province of Nova Scotia, and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on the plan marked as
Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of construction of a replacement of the Bras d'Or bridge on Provincial Highway 105.
