4 The Capital Region Water Supply and Sooke Hills Protection Regulation, B.C. Reg. 284/97, is amended by repealing

section 9 (1) to (3) and (5).

5 The Summit Creek Campground and Recreation Area Regulations, B.C. Reg. 164/73 (made under the Creston Valley Wildlife Act ), are amended by striking out the

definitions of "minister" and "ministry" in

section 1 and substituting the following:

"minister" means that member of the Executive Council charged by the Lieutenant Governor in Council with the administration of the Act;

"ministry" means the ministry of the minister; .

6 The Environmental Appeal Board Procedure Regulation, B.C. Reg. 1/82, is amended

(

a) in

section 1, by repealing the definition of "minister" and substituting the following:

"minister" means the minister responsible for administering the Act under which the appeal arises;

(

b) in

section 4 (1), by striking out "the Minister of Health if the appeal relates to a matter under the

Health Act ," and

(

c) in

section 6, striking out ", the Minister of Health if the appeal relates to a matter under the

Health Act ,".

7 The Contaminated Sites Regulation, B.C. Reg. 375/96, is amended

(

a) in

section 1 in the definition of "soil" by striking out "the Production and Use of Compost Regulation" and substituting "the Organic Matter Recycling Regulation", and

(

b) in

section 11 (4) by striking out "the Production and Use of Compost Regulation" and substituting "the Organic Matter Recycling Regulation".

8 The Weather Modification Act Regulation, B.C. Reg. 512/75, is amended in

section 2 by striking out "Schedule 1 of the Weather Modification Regulations made under the Weather Modification Act of Canada by P.C. 1974-1635 dated July 23, 1974." and substituting "Schedule 1 of the Weather Modification Information Regulations made under the Weather Modification Information Act of Canada by C.R.C. , Vol. XVIII, c. 1604.".

9 The Designation of Officers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 246/99 (made under the Wildlife Act ) is amended in

section 1 (

b) and (

d) by striking out "Fisheries" and substituting "Agriculture, Food and Fisheries".
