Order in Council 1906/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Electricity Act, 1998 ,

Sriram Subrahmanyan , Public Servant, of Toronto, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective December 7, 2019.
