Order in Council 1703/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Avril Farlam of Windsor be reappointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective January 7, 2023.
