The Alberta Government Telephones Act is hereby amended. 2.

Section is re-numbered as subsection (1) of sec tion 31. 3. The following subsection is added to

section 31:

(2) A person who makes an unsolicited telephone call for the purpose of selling a good or service before the hour of 9 :00 a.m. or after the hour of 5 :00 p.m. on any day or at any time on a Sunday or a public holiday is guilty of an offence and liable on
