PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council NO. 1040 , Approved and Ordered J U L Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Theresa Sabourin is appointed Ministerial Assistant in the Office of the Deputy Premier and Minister of Labour, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council; (

b) Theresa Sabourin be paid as a Ministerial Assistant pursuant to the Compensation Guidelines attached to Order in Council 1310/93, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (
