Order in Council 682/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Andrew Walter Brown, Barrister and Solicitor of Niagara Falls, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective April 7, 2022.
