Statute: Maritime Link Act Expropriation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated August 14, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 5B of

Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2012, the Maritime Link Act , and

Section 7 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to approve the expropriation by NSP Maritime Link Incorporated, being the approved applicant under the Maritime Link Act , of an easement near Gabarus Highway, Marion Bridge being more particularly described as parcel 004-6 in

Schedule "A" and shown on the plan marked as

Schedule "B", and the rights of which easement are substantially in the form as set out in

Schedule "C", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being necessary and useful for the purposes of the Maritime Link Project.
