OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated July 13, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 450 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Summary Proceedings Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting enactments under which investigative warrants may be issued in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after July 19, 2006.
