OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated September 3, 2025, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act , is pleased to: (
a) effective April 1, 2024, revoke approval of the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2024-104 dated March 12, 2024; (
b) effective April 1, 2024, revoke approval of the Legal Services Management Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2023-19 dated January 24, 2023; (
c) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025; (
d) approve the Legal Services Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period of April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025; (
e) approve the MCP Legal Services pay plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “C” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026; (
f) approve the Legal Services Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “D” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period of April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026; (
g) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “E” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027; and (
h) approve the Legal Services Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “F” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period of April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
