Statute: Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries & Aquaculture dated March 28, 2012, and pursuant to Sections 34 and 35 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act is pleased to: (

a) authorize a transfer to the Fisheries and Aquaculture Development Fund and charge to the capital account an amount not to exceed Seventy Five Million Dollars ($75,000,000); and (

b) authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
