, I designate an area known as the Kippens Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the provincial Electoral District of Port au Port abutted and bounded as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from NAD 27 universal transverse mercator grid, zone 21, east 380,000, north 5,380,000, 16 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 740 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 0 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 385 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 340 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 34 10' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,085 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 45 10' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,045 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 66 50' grid azimuth for a distance of 820 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 121 10' grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 173 40' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,010 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 258 40' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 215 40' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;
