Reg. 206/2005, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2005-458 dated October 14, 2005, to require restaurants to have accessible entryways, washroom facilities and pathways, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 17, 2022.
