MEDICARE PROTECTION AMENDMENT ACT, 2006

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

Medicare Protection Amendment Act, 2003

Section 16 of the Medicare Protection Amendment Act, 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 95, is amended by striking out " by regulation of the Lieutenant Governor in Council " and substituting " on February 22, 2006 ".
