OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 18, 2003, and pursuant to
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to Order in Council 2002-593 dated December 19, 2002, which Order created the Office of Health Promotion, is pleased, effective August 18, 2003, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of the Honourable Rodney J. MacDonald as Minister of the Office of Health Promotion, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2002-593 dated December 19, 2002; and (
b) appoint the Honourable Rodney MacDonald, a Member of the Executive Council, as the Minister responsible for the Office of Health Promotion, who may be described as the Minister of Health Promotion.
