B.C. Reg. 367/2010 , deposited December 13, 2010, pursuant to the OFFENCE ACT [Section 132]. Order in Council 842/2010, approved and ordered December 10, 2010.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 2 (2) of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended by striking out " item 6 of

Schedule 1, " and substituting " item 5 of

Schedule 1, ".

Schedule 1 is repealed and the following item 6, as shown after the column headings below, is substituted:

a) a Driving School Inspector, or (

b) a supervisor of Driving School Inspectors

section 27.03 (1) of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 26/58
