OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal and the Minister of Health and Wellness, dated September 20, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, and

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the IWK Health Centre in the total amount not to exceed one million, four hundred thousand dollars ($1,400,000.00) to cover the cost of design development, site investigations and regulated materials survey, for the redevelopment of the IWK Emergency Department, the cost of which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and Wellness and charged to Capital Grants, effective December 4, 2018.
