Order in Council 1275/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Mathieu Quesnel of Casselman be reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective January 11, 2026.
