With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name February 1, 2023, as the day on which sections 9 to 11, 13, 14, 18, 24 and 30 of The Courts Modernization Act (Various Acts Amended) (S.M. 2019, c. 16) come into force.
