CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Department of Revenue and Financial Services Act (Assented to November 6, 1987) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Department of Revenue and Financial Services Amendment Act, 1987. S.S. 1983, c.D-22.02 The Department of Revenue and Financial Services Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Subsection 47(1) is amended : (

a) by striking out “and” after subclause (a)(iv); (

b) by adding the following subclause after subclause (a)(iv): “(iv.1) a vendor and a collector as defined in The Fuel Tax Act, 1987; and”; (

c) by adding the following subclause after sub clause (a)(iv): “(iv.1) The Fuel Tax Act, 1987”; and (

d) by adding the following subclause after subclause (g)(iv): “(iv.1) a purchaser as defined in The Fuel Tax Act, 1987”.

Section amended Subsection 49(4) is amended by adding “, 1987” after “Act”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day on which The Fuel Tax Act, 1987 comes into force but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from June 22, 1987.
