OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 4, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Marlene Roberts of Amherst, Cumberland County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with Hicks, LeMoine Law Office, which appointment was made by Order in Council 88-1096 dated October 4, 1988; and (
b) appoint Marlene A. McPhee of Parrsboro, Cumberland County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with Hicks LeMoine.
