CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Power Corporation Superannuation Act (Assented to June 27, 2000) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Power Corporation Superannuation Amendment Act, 2000. R.S.S. 1978, c.P-20,

section amended Subsection 3(2) of The Power Corporation Superannuation Act is repealed and the following substituted: “

(2) The board consists of seven persons appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council, one of whom is to be designated as chairperson. “

(2.1) Of the persons appointed as members of the board, at least two must be employees or representatives of the employees and at least one must be a representative of the superannuates”.
