Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for

Part I of the Gaming Control Act , dated September 26, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 12 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act , and

Section 18 of the

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Ian Cavanagh as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation, made by Order in Council 2018-84 dated March 29, 2018, effective October 15, 2019.
