OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated February 2, 2022, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Victoria L. Harnish of Hubbards, Lunenburg County as a member and Chair of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission, for a term of three (3) years commencing April 1, 2022; and (
b) order that Victoria L. Harnish be remunerated for her services in the amount of $18,200 per year and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling her duties as member and Chair, provided that any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
