Order in Council 1771/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of proposed highway, in the City of Pickering, Geographic Township of Pickering, Regional Municipality of Durham, described on

Schedule “A” attached hereto, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to

Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.R.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.
