OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 19, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Julie Stiles of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire January 31, 2003, which appointment was made by Order in Council 98-14 dated January 13, 1998; and (

b) appoint Julie Culliton of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire January 31, 2003.
