Order in Council 2058/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 804/2011, dated May 4, 2011, appointing Dr. Sanjay V. Acharya as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
