Order in Council 216/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002 ,

Andrew MacLeod, of Kitchener, Ontario

be appointed as a member of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Board of Directors, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a term not exceeding one year from the effective date of this Order in Council.
