L’objet du projet de loi consiste à réviser la loi intitulée The Ontario College of Art Act, 1968-69 , notamment pour donner à l’École le pouvoir de décerner des grades, changer le nom de l’établissement appelé Ontario College of Art, qui devien t Ontario College of Art & Design, en anglais, et École d’art et de design de l’Ontario, en français, modifier la composition de son conseil et apporter d’autres modifications d’ordre administratif.
