Order in Council 154/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8.10(1) of the Trillium Gift of Life Network Act , that the appointment of Robert Devitt of Toronto to the Trillium Gift of Life Network made under Order in Council O.C. 453/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
