OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated October 5, 2010, and pursuant to subsection (2) of

Section 26 of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2010, the Financial Measures

(2010) Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 24 and 25 of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2010, the Financial Measures

(2010) Act, which amend

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 1996, the Sales Tax Act, do come into force on and not before November 9, 2010.
