Order in Council 434/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 815/2012, dated May 30, 2012, Dr. Joan C. Don was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. Joan C. Don has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario effective January 7, 2016;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 815/2012, dated May 30, 2012, appointing Dr. Joan C. Don as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
